By Mail – To make a payment by mail via check or money order, send your payment to: Account Recovery Services, 5700 Crooks Rd., Ste. 200, Troy, MI 48098. Please include your name and account number and allow 5-7 business days to ensure that your payment is received.

By Phone – To make a payment by phone using a check or debit/credit card, please call (248) 609-6333 between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.
